PACKAGES & PRICING:

We’ll work together to create a custom package that works for you. Typically, I work with clients on an hourly package base somewhere between 2.5 hours per week up to 12 hours per week at $35 per hour. This monthly retainer also allows you to choose services that align with your unique needs.

  • If you’re interested in working together and want to make sure we’re a good fit, you can book a non-commitment discovery call with me through my contact page!

    We will get to know each other, chat about where you’re at in your business, about your goals, and assess if I’m the best fit for your business and your needs.

  • No, you don’t have to but I highly recommend signing up for a few months at least, so we can effectively review what’s working and make adjustments where needed.

  • I have experience in Figma and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design, Showit and Squarespace for web design, Notion and ClickUp for project management, Dubsado for CRM, and also with Outlook, Canva, Google Suite, Loom and Airtable for other tasks.

    If you have a preferred program or software that isn’t listed above, I am always willing to expand my skills.

  • I do not offer copywriting, social media management, and any advanced bookkeeping- and legal-type tasks.

  • All my services are available in English, Spanish, and German. I have a degree in translation and used to work as a translator and interpreter before becoming a VA and love working in different languages and with multilingual businesses. If you are a bi- or multilingual business, please don’t hesitate to reach out even if you’re in a different industry.

  • If you don't use all your hours, we can rollover up to 2 hours into the next week or month.

  • For my VIP assistance week service & Notion services, payment can be split into 2 parts. The first deposit is due after receiving your proposal and upon signing your contract. The second is due after your kickoff call.

    If you need a custom payment plan, I’m more than happy to discuss it on our discovery call! And of course, you’re always welcome to pay in full, if you so prefer.

    For my retainer VA services, payment is required in full for the month in advance after receiving your proposal and upon singing your contract. Then, we will set up recurring payments for the duration of the retainer.
